In 2017, I entered a school ranked 34th out of 40. By the conclusion of my first cycle, we had risen to 6th in the region. The strategies implemented during that time became a blueprint for success and were used to advise institutions across the region. After nearly two decades as a specialist practitioner—consistently maintaining an 81% combined attainment record in some of the UK’s most demanding educational environments—I realized that schools didn’t just need "cover"; they needed Practitioners.
